Resting for another person doesn’t require any energy FROM you. Zero.

In fact, people report feeling even more rested, energized, present and more connected to themselves and those they are resting for.

It’s like unconditional prayer. You’re holding spaciousness, presence and love for someone without an agenda.

Once you’ve experienced Intentional Resting for yourself, I highly recommend playing with what it’s like to rest for another person because it deepens and expands your experience. More and more you land in your self, your body. You come home.

This is the area of the website where people will be able to practice the art of resting for others and receiving rest from others.

Coming soon…

A Martha Beck article got me here. Thanks for the reminder that the space between what we do carry so much power is coupled with the right intentions. Have had trying times lately and will attempt to make these exercises a habit. Bye. Daniel

Congratulations on your mention by Martha Beck – This weeks reminder was so important. Resting into living a bigger life and resting for serving life on purpose.

I’m honored to have you in my life.

    Hugs and resting – AHHHH

    hello Dan!
i want to thank you for these additional tools. as i have been working etherically on mitigating the problems in the gulf, i noticed that anger and tension would arise, tho i intuited that as being counter productive. i notice that now i can work more calmly and effectively; thank you for this my brother!

Thanks Dan, for the timely reminder to rest for the situation in the Gulf. This situation has the ability to completely shift consciousness on the earth, and RESTING, both to shift the energy around the situation and the solutions and effort required to fix it, is essential. As I rest, I feel peace and expansion, which is exactly what will transform our old, out-dated concepts that engendered this “problem” in the first place. Now THAT feels great!

Dan what a wonderful idea. I just did the exercise on resting for the oil spill. I’m hopeful and feeling proactive. I’ve felt so helpless – now I have a tool to do something!

    Dan,
Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention…that we have the power, energy, connection, whatever you name it, to interact with the unseen forces of our planet and Universe, to rest in the Infinite Intellegence that protects and guides us. Resting in the activity surrounding the oil spill is a perfect example of how we can all take a positive activity directed at our environment, not just in our own life experiences.
